No. ChatGPT doesn't have your sales, your returns, or your payouts — it can only guess. Gadjet syncs your Takealot data every day and answers from your actual numbers. It also understands Takealot-specific mechanics like fee categories, DC behaviour, and payout cycles that a general AI doesn't.
You connect Takealot with your Marketplace API key, or Amazon South Africa through Seller Central. Gadjet syncs your sales, returns, listings, shipments, and payouts. When you ask a question, it answers from that synced data.
Not without your explicit approval. Gadjet is read-only by default. A few skills can update listings (for example, cleaning up SKU names in bulk), but every change is reviewed and approved by you before it goes live, and every action is logged in an audit trail you can inspect.
Your Takealot data is stored on encrypted infrastructure, used only to answer your questions, and never shared with other sellers or third parties. Your API key is encrypted at rest and can be rotated at any time. If you cancel, we delete your data on request.
Your account, your Account Manager, and your Takealot connection all carry across. The interface is what's new — you'll talk to your store instead of clicking through dashboards. Your monthly subscription and AM tier (if you're on one) stay the same. Your AM will send you a migration link.
Yes. Cancel from your account settings — no calls, no retention questionnaire, no minimum term. Your subscription stops at the end of the current month, and we delete your data on request.

Tell us. Every Gadjet answer is traceable — we can show you the data it came from. If a number's wrong, your AM (or our team for self-serve sellers) finds the source, fixes it, and tells you what went wrong. Accuracy is non-negotiable — we'd rather say "I don't know" than guess.
Yes. Amazon South Africa is live. Authorize Gadjet on Amazon Seller Central and the same chat, tools, and account manager you use for Takealot apply to that store. Takealot Courier and Gadjet shipping are live as well: quote, book, and track a collection to a Takealot DC, or a return from the DC back to your warehouse.
